1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as received
  • Be in original packaging
  • Include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized products (e.g., custom car emblems or decals)
  • Final sale items or discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • Personal care items
  • Items that have been used, installed, or damaged after delivery

4. Return Process

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

⚠️ Important:
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

Contact us within 14 days of delivery at service@carrebuy.com with photo/video proof.

We will offer:

  • A free replacement, or
  • A full refund (depending on the situation)

7. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund
  • After 24 hours, orders may already be processed or shipped and cannot be canceled

8. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not issue refunds if:

  • The order was not delivered due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  • The package is delayed due to shipping carriers or customs
  • The item has been used, installed, or altered

9. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different item:

  2. Place a new order
