Refund & Replacement Policy

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will gladly offer a free replacement at no additional cost.

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at service@carrebuy.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos or videos showing the issue

We will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.

Eligible cases for replacement:

  • Item arrives damaged or broken
  • Item is defective or not functioning properly
  • Wrong item received
  • Package lost in transit (confirmed by tracking)

Important Notice

We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

After 24 hours:

  • Orders may already be processed or shipped
  • A partial refund may apply depending on the order status
